Cinta Vidal challenges both gravity and architectural convention, constructing intricate worlds where perspectives collide and coexist. Working in acrylic on wood panel, she calls these works “un-gravity constructions,” emphasizing the tension between perception and reality. Each piece reflects her fascination with the ways an individual’s inner view of life can diverge from the external world. The intersecting planes and shifting vantage points in her paintings echo the impossible geometries of M. C. Escher, yet Vidal’s universes are alive with color and populated by characters immersed in the rhythms of daily life.
